The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive, warm character of this harmonious single malt. Our skilled whisky making team optimise the right mix of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak to take centre stage while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of rich fruits, sherry and wood spice provide a reassuringly familiar backdrop.

Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky-smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.

The Tomatin 12-Year-Old is classically smooth, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. Aromas of wild heather, pine and cedar soon sweeten to reveal notes of crème caramel with apples, pears and mango before a full-bodied and buttery finish, the 12-year-old is a distinguished sherry cask whisky with a little something different.

Made for mixing. In pursuit of new flavour combinations, Glenmorangie have crafted the perfect single malt whisky for mixing. Paired with your favourite mixer, X by Glenmorangie creates effortlessly delicious drinks. Glenmorangie drew upon their epic array of casks to achieve this lusciously free-wheeling whisky. Succulent aromas of pear, vanilla and honeysuckle oranges, set the stage for an extravaganza of flavour, from swirls of orange sherbet to bursts of creme brûlée drizzled with chocolate fudge.
